The Right To Discriminate

I don’t need a law to give me the right to make discriminating choices following my freedom of Conscience and experience. Citizens around the world do it everyday in every choice they make. The concept that government and law can tell me who to associate with or do business with is ludicrous and dangerous. Barring an association and choice designed to do bodily injury and material harm to the legitimate rights of another to pursue life liberty and happiness, there should be no restriction on descrimination in associations.  Getting your feelings hurt is not a basis to restrict rights. There is no material damage. Not being able to buy a cake from a particular store is not material damage.
